Product Care – ADEZZ Fibreglass Planters

ADEZZ Fibreglass Planters require minimal maintenance and deliver long-term outdoor performance when installed and cared for correctly.

Unpack ADEZZ Fibreglass Planters immediately upon receipt to release any moisture trapped inside the packaging. Trapped moisture can cause surface staining that becomes difficult to remove if left in place.

Install ADEZZ Fibreglass Planters only on a flat, stable surface. Avoid placing the planter on beams, stones, or uneven supports, as this can put stress on the structure. Once filled, do not move the planter.

ADEZZ Fibreglass Planters, supplied without pre-drilled drainage holes, require drainage holes in the base before planting (unless for indoor use). Use the clearly marked circles and the integrated drainage channel as a guide when drilling. It is a straightforward task. After drilling the drainage holes, install the overflow pipe to ensure excess water drains away and does not remain inside the planter.

Clean ADEZZ Fibreglass Planters at least twice a year using ADEZZ cleaner or protector, or a mild, non-abrasive cleaning solution. Do not use pressure washers, scouring pads, or abrasive cleaners, as these will damage the surface finish.

Planting Advice

Create an effective drainage layer by covering the bottom of ADEZZ Fibreglass Planters with approximately 10 cm of hydro pellets or similar drainage material. Place a permeable anti-root membrane over the drainage layer to prevent soil from blocking the drainage system. Cover the membrane with soil suitable for your chosen plants.

Check regularly that the drainage holes remain clear so excess water can run off freely. It will support healthy root growth and help prolong the life of ADEZZ Fibreglass Planters.

Wheels

The wheels are supplied separately with the planter and assembly is straightforward. Please refer to the accompanying images for visual guidance.

Position the wooden board with the four large holes facing upwards and press the carriage bolts firmly fully into place. Slide each wheel onto the bolt and secure it using the supplied nut.

Once assembled, place the wooden boards with the wheels underneath the planter. The boards do not need to be connected to each other.

Note: Each wheel has a maximum load capacity of 450kg.

Stock and Lead Times

To our knowledge, UK resellers do not hold ADEZZ Fibreglass Planters in bulk, and we are no exception. ADEZZ supplies most orders directly from its central warehouse in Uden, Holland, which keeps lead times broadly consistent across all UK resellers.

Riverhill Garden Supplies places daily orders with ADEZZ and submits your order to Holland immediately. This process allows us to secure available stock straight away or instruct ADEZZ to begin fabrication on made-to-order planters without delay. Our close working relationship with ADEZZ helps us move every order through production and dispatch as efficiently as possible.

Unless a reseller is physically holding stock, no reseller can deliver ADEZZ Fibreglass Planters faster than Riverhill Garden Supplies. ADEZZ’s ordering and production process does not allow for a faster turnaround than this.

When ADEZZ holds a planter in stock in Holland, delivery takes between 10 days and 2 weeks. When ADEZZ manufactures a planter to order, fabrication takes around 4 weeks, followed by approximately 10 days for delivery.

ADEZZ typically holds standard colours in stock, while ADEZZ almost always produces trend colours to order. On our website, we list standard colours as “in stock” and trend colours as “available to order” to provide general guidance only.

We always keep display planters in standard colours, available in a selection of styles and sizes, and we welcome customers to visit our warehouse to view the finish and quality in person. All listed dimensions are accurate, and all colours are from the universal RAL palette so that customers can order online with complete confidence.

Stock levels change regularly. If lead time matters to your project, contact Riverhill Garden Supplies before placing an order. We will check current availability at both our Kent warehouse and the ADEZZ warehouse in Uden, Holland, and confirm the most accurate lead time for you.

Storage and Delivery Flexibility

We understand that customers like to plan ahead. An advantage of ordering from Riverhill Garden Supplies is that we can hold stock at our warehouse near Tonbridge, Kent, until you’re ready to take delivery.

We can order products well in advance of your project and store them at no additional cost until you’re ready. This allows us to take full control of delivery from the UK to anywhere in the UK, while giving you complete control over when your products arrive.

In addition, customers are welcome to collect their orders directly from our storage facility near Tonbridge, Kent, where we can load them at short notice using one of our forklift trucks.

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

Our goal is to make buying online with Riverhill Garden Supplies easy, safe and efficient. Although extremely rare items can arrive damaged and we are conscious of this so it is very important for that you read the following.

Upon delivery, please carry out the following steps

• Remove the goods completely from their packaging
• Closely inspect the goods for damages or shortfalls
• Sign for the goods, accordingly, noting damages/shortfalls and refuse the goods
• Notify Riverhill Garden Supplies of any damages/shortfalls within 24 hours by telephoning the office on t 01732 522471. Providing that you have signed for the goods as damaged and refused the goods we will repeat and dispatch your order again or arrange a full refund
