Bottomless Version (Standard)

The standard ADEZZ Galvanised Steel CONNECT CARREZ Planter comes without a base, allowing water to drain freely into the ground. Ensure good natural drainage, as water should not remain inside the planter. Fill the planter with suitable soil without compacting it, and avoid hydro pellets because they retain excess moisture. Unpack the planter immediately on delivery to prevent moisture marks from forming inside the packaging.

With Bottom Plate Installed

When you add the optional Bottom Plate, the planter functions as a traditional enclosed container and requires controlled drainage. Begin with a drainage layer, such as pebbles, add a permeable root membrane, and keep all drainage holes clear so excess water can escape. Add soil loosely and avoid tamping it down.

Stock and Lead Times

We hold a limited stock of ADEZZ Galvanised Steel CONNECT Planters at our Kent warehouse and, in most cases, order directly from ADEZZ in Holland. We list the standard colours online as in stock and typically deliver them within 10–14 days, subject to availability at ADEZZ’s central warehouse in Uden.

We list the ADEZZ Trend Colours online as available to order and almost always manufacture them to order in Holland, with a typical lead time of 4–6 weeks. Riverhill Garden Supplies ships most CONNECT Planter orders directly from ADEZZ’s warehouse in Uden, which is why lead times remain consistent across all UK resellers.

We place orders with ADEZZ every day, allowing us to secure available stock immediately or start fabrication of made-to-order items without delay. If your delivery timing is critical, please telephone us, and we will check live stock levels at both our Kent warehouse and the ADEZZ warehouse in Holland to provide the most accurate lead time possible.

Storage and Delivery Flexibility

We understand that customers often work to project schedules and may need flexibility. One advantage of ordering from Riverhill Garden Supplies is that we can hold stock at our warehouse near Tonbridge, Kent, until you are ready to take delivery. We can order well in advance of your project and store the planters at no additional cost, giving you complete control over when your items arrive while allowing us to manage delivery from within the UK.

Customers are also welcome to collect their orders directly from our storage facility near Tonbridge, where we can load vehicles at short notice using one of our forklift trucks.

Parcel Delivery

Smaller products are delivered by parcel couriers, such as TNT and Parcelforce. Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email with the estimated day of delivery and forward you a tracking number.

Pallet Delivery

Larger products will be delivered by our own dedicated delivery drivers or by specialist carriers such as Palletways and ILS who will be given your contact details and instructed to book in delivery with you once your order reaches your local delivery depot.

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

Our goal is to make buying online with Riverhill Garden Supplies easy, safe and efficient. Although extremely rare items can arrive damaged and we are conscious of this so it is very important for that you read the following.

Upon delivery, please carry out the following steps

• Remove the goods completely from their packaging
• Closely inspect the goods for damages or shortfalls
• Sign for the goods, accordingly, noting damages/shortfalls and refuse the goods
• Notify Riverhill Garden Supplies of any damages/shortfalls within 24 hours by telephoning the office on t 01732 522471. The office is open 7 days a week, from 8am to 10pm including Bank Holidays except Christmas Day. Providing that you have signed for the goods as damaged and refused the goods we will repeat and dispatch your order again or arrange a full refund

The courier is obliged to wait 15 minutes for you to carry out these checks if need be. No claim will be accepted if a clean signature is given. Any claim for damages/shortfall must be made within 24 hours.
