You can return your order up to 60 days after delivery

Please note that you are responsible for arranging the return of your order and for the costs of returning your order to us unless we have delivered the item to you in error. All return items must have original tags and packaging; and not been used or modified.

We cannot accept returns on any made-to-order products. This includes all products by ADEZZ and all products in the Fibreglass Collection.

Do you need help arranging a return?

If you are having difficulties arranging a return, please telephone the office on t 01732 522471 to speak to a member of staff who will assist you.

The office is open 7 days a week, from 8am to 10pm including Bank Holidays except Christmas Day.

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

Our goal is to make buying online with Riverhill Garden Supplies easy, safe and efficient. Although extremely rare items can arrive damaged and we are conscious of this so it is very important for that you read the following.

Upon delivery, please carry out the following steps

  • Remove the goods completely from their packaging
  • Closely inspect the goods for damages or shortfalls
  • Sign for the goods, accordingly, noting damages/shortfalls, refusing the goods. If you cannot check, please still take delivery of the goods but sign for as unchecked. Note, if you sign the delivery as unchecked, you must notify Riverhill Garden Supplies of any damages/shortfalls within 24 hours by telephoning the office on t 01732 522471. This way, we can put a claim into the transport company and arrange replacements. Failure to do so means we can not put a claim into the transport company and WILL NOT send out replacements. The office is open seven days a week, from 8 am to 10 pm, including Bank Holidays except Christmas Day. We will repeat and dispatch your order again or arrange a full refund if you have signed for the goods damaged and refused the goods or if you have signed for the goods as unchecked and reported the damage within 24 hours.

The driver is obliged to wait 15 minutes for you to carry out these checks if need be. If the driver is not prepared to wait please sign for the goods as unchecked to cover both parties. No claim will be accepted if a clean signature is given. Any claim for damages/shortfall must be made within 24 hours if you have signed for the goods as damaged and refused delivery or signed for the goods as unchecked.
