Care & Outdoor Use

This planter is built for year-round outdoor use and resists frost down to –15°C when installed correctly. Keep the drainage hole clear and raise the pot slightly off the ground using pot feet so water can escape freely. In winter, avoid leaving the planter standing in water, as trapped moisture combined with freezing temperatures is the only real cause of terracotta damage.

We generally have half a dozen XL Italian Galestro Terracotta Double-Rim Planters (80 cm) in stock at our warehouse. When available from stock, delivery is typically 3–5 working days.

During busy periods, stock can sell through quickly. If we are temporarily out of stock, our Italian supplier holds UK stock, allowing us to replenish in approximately 10–12 working days.

We charge a flat rate of £20.00 for delivery to England, Wales and Central Scotland. We charge a flat rate of £50.00 for delivery to England, Wales and Central Scotland if your order includes any ADEZZ, FORNO or FURNS product.

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

Our goal is to make buying online with Riverhill Garden Supplies easy, safe and efficient. Although extremely rare items can arrive damaged and we are conscious of this so it is very important for that you read the following.

Upon delivery, please carry out the following steps

• Remove the goods completely from their packaging
• Closely inspect the goods for damages or shortfalls
• Sign for the goods, accordingly, noting damages/shortfalls and refuse the goods
• Notify Riverhill Garden Supplies of any damages/shortfalls within 24 hours by telephoning the office on t 01732 522471. The office is open 7 days a week, from 8am to 10pm including Bank Holidays except Christmas Day. Providing that you have signed for the goods as damaged and refused the goods we will repeat and dispatch your order again or arrange a full refund

The courier is obliged to wait 15 minutes for you to carry out these checks if need be. No claim will be accepted if a clean signature is given. Any claim for damages/shortfall must be made within 24 hours.
