Manufactured in Stonelite, an eco-friendly material that has been excellently resilient in many climates over the last decade, the Grey Urban Garden Trough is a lightweight yet durable Garden Planter with a modern appearance.

It is available in 80 and 100-cm sizes and works well with Stonelite Grey Urban Square Planters. The 1mtr size offers a generous planting capacity and is perfect for screening and division.

Whilst it has qualities similar to Fibreclay, different manufacturing techniques and blends offer improved durability, UV resistance, and colour stability (with no leeching). Stonelite mainly consists of naturally occurring magnesium dredged from lakes and rivers mixed with sand and coloured powder before being pasted over a small fibreglass mesh for added stability. Over 95% of the composite is biodegradable. Stonelite's manufacture requires only a fraction of the energy used for other planter types, as it sets naturally without kiln firing or machine moulding.

Drainage

These troughs feature pre-drilled drainage holes. If you wish to use this pot indoors or don't require drainage, please let us know, as we can supply bungs.

All Stonelite products are frost and UV resistant and have a central drainage hole at the base; adopt a formal planting scheme for best results.

Naturally retained salts will ensure the organic ageing of the containers. A white patina will surface on the Stonelite over time; this can be left or wiped away with a damp cloth.

Dispatch Methods

Parcel Delivery

Smaller products are delivered by parcel couriers, such as TNT and Parcelforce. Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email with the estimated day of delivery and forward you a tracking number.

Pallet Delivery

Larger products will be delivered by our own dedicated delivery drivers or by specialist carriers such as Palletways and ILS who will be given your contact details and instructed to book in delivery with you once your order reaches your local delivery depot.

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat rate of £20.00 for delivery to England, Wales and Central Scotland. We charge a flat rate of £50.00 for delivery to England, Wales and Central Scotland if your order includes any ADEZZ, FORNO or FURNS product.

We are not able to offer a flat rate of £20.00 for delivery to East Central Scotland, North and North East Scotland, West Scotland, Norther Ireland, ROI, Skye, Orkney Isles, Outer Hebrides, Shetland Isles, Inner Hebrides, Isle of White, Isle of Man and the Channel Isles and a surcharge will apply. Please note that you are responsible for arranging the return of your order and for the costs of returning your order to us unless we have delivered the item to you in error. All return items must have original tags and packaging; and not been used or modified.

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

Our goal is to make buying online with Riverhill Garden Supplies easy, safe and efficient. Although extremely rare items can arrive damaged and we are conscious of this so it is very important for that you read the following.

Upon delivery, please carry out the following steps

• Remove the goods completely from their packaging
• Closely inspect the goods for damages or shortfalls
• Sign for the goods, accordingly, noting damages/shortfalls and refuse the goods
• Notify Riverhill Garden Supplies of any damages/shortfalls within 24 hours by telephoning the office on t 01732 522471. The office is open 7 days a week, from 8am to 10pm including Bank Holidays except Christmas Day. Providing that you have signed for the goods as damaged and refused the goods we will repeat and dispatch your order again or arrange a full refund

The courier is obliged to wait 15 minutes for you to carry out these checks if need be. No claim will be accepted if a clean signature is given. Any claim for damages/shortfall must be made within 24 hours.
