ADEZZ LIV Large Round Planters withstand the elements and deliver long-lasting performance, retaining their colour and quality in rain, frost and sunlight. Unpack the planters immediately upon delivery to release any moisture trapped during transit, as leaving them in their packaging for extended periods can affect the surface finish. Keep drainage holes clear at all times so excess water can escape freely, helping to protect both the planters and the planting.

Please do not drill or grind this planter, as doing so will invalidate the ADEZZ guarantee.

Stock and Lead Times

Riverhill Garden Supplies holds limited display stock of Stonecore Planters, with all products shown on our website as available to order. As a general guide, lead times are currently around 4–5 weeks. As this is a new range, ADEZZ will be building up stock during 2026, which may reduce lead times to as little as 10 working days. If lead time is essential to your project, we recommend contacting us before placing an order so we can check current stock availability and provide the most accurate delivery timescale.

Storage and Delivery Flexibility

We understand that customers like to plan ahead. An advantage of ordering from Riverhill Garden Supplies is that we can hold stock at our warehouse near Tonbridge, Kent, until you’re ready to take delivery.

We can order products well in advance of your project and store them at no additional cost until you’re ready. This allows us to take full control of delivery from the UK to anywhere in the UK, while giving you complete control over when your products arrive.

In addition, customers are welcome to collect their orders directly from our storage facility near Tonbridge, Kent, where we can load them at short notice using one of our forklift trucks.

Parcel Delivery

Smaller products are delivered by parcel couriers, such as TNT and Parcelforce. Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email with the estimated day of delivery and forward you a tracking number.

Pallet Delivery

Larger products will be delivered by our own dedicated delivery drivers or by specialist carriers such as Palletways and ILS who will be given your contact details and instructed to book in delivery with you once your order reaches your local delivery depot.

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

Our goal is to make buying online with Riverhill Garden Supplies easy, safe and efficient. Although extremely rare items can arrive damaged and we are conscious of this so it is very important for that you read the following.

Upon delivery, please carry out the following steps

• Remove the goods completely from their packaging
• Closely inspect the goods for damages or shortfalls
• Sign for the goods, accordingly, noting damages/shortfalls and refuse the goods
• Notify Riverhill Garden Supplies of any damages/shortfalls within 24 hours by telephoning the office on t 01732 522471. The office is open 7 days a week, from 8am to 10pm including Bank Holidays except Christmas Day. Providing that you have signed for the goods as damaged and refused the goods we will repeat and dispatch your order again or arrange a full refund

The courier is obliged to wait 15 minutes for you to carry out these checks if need be. No claim will be accepted if a clean signature is given. Any claim for damages/shortfall must be made within 24 hours.
