Position the ADEZZ Bamboo Planter on a firm, level surface so the weight distributes evenly across the base. Uneven ground places unnecessary stress on the structure and can cause damage over time. Leave a minimum clearance of at least 1cm around the planter to allow airflow and prevent moisture from becoming trapped against the bamboo surface. ADEZZ installs reinforcement ribs in the planter to provide essential structural stability and maintain its shape; you should never remove these elements.

Prepare the planter correctly before planting to support healthy growth. Cover the base with approximately 10cm of hydro pellets to create adequate drainage, then place a permeable anti-root membrane over the drainage layer. Fill the planter with a suitable planting soil appropriate for your chosen plants. Riverhill Garden Supplies does not hold large volumes of ADEZZ Bamboo BANDU Planters in the UK. ADEZZ fulfils most orders directly from its central warehouse in Uden, Holland, which means lead times remain broadly consistent across all resellers.

Riverhill Garden Supplies places regular orders with ADEZZ and submits your order to Holland without delay. When stock is available, we secure it immediately. If the product is made to order, we instruct ADEZZ to begin production as soon as your order is confirmed. Our close working relationship with ADEZZ allows us to track progress and manage orders efficiently from start to finish.

On our website, we always show ADEZZ Bamboo BANDU Planters as “in stock” as a general guide only. In most cases, we fulfil orders within 10–14 days, but this timeframe should also be treated as guidance rather than a guarantee. Stock availability and lead times can change.

Pallet Delivery

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

Our goal is to make buying online with Riverhill Garden Supplies easy, safe and efficient. Although extremely rare items can arrive damaged and we are conscious of this so it is very important for that you read the following.

Upon delivery, please carry out the following steps

• Remove the goods completely from their packaging
• Closely inspect the goods for damages or shortfalls
• Sign for the goods, accordingly, noting damages/shortfalls and refuse the goods
• Notify Riverhill Garden Supplies of any damages/shortfalls within 24 hours by telephoning the office on t 01732 522471. The office is open 7 days a week, from 8am to 10pm including Bank Holidays except Christmas Day. Providing that you have signed for the goods as damaged and refused the goods we will repeat and dispatch your order again or arrange a full refund

The courier is obliged to wait 15 minutes for you to carry out these checks if need be. No claim will be accepted if a clean signature is given. Any claim for damages/shortfall must be made within 24 hours.
