The ADEZZ Aluminium VELIS Planter is low maintenance.

Clean annually by spraying the planter with clean tap water and treating it with a cleaning agent. Do not use a high-pressure cleaner and/or scouring pad, as this will damage the coating.

Important

• Please unpack the Aluminium Planter immediately after delivery so that any moisture between the packaging and the Aluminium Planter is no longer sealed. Failure to do so will result in irregular stains that are difficult to remove

Planting Advice

• Provide the base of the Aluminium Planter with a layer of at least 35mm pebbles
• Place an anti-root cloth over the pebbles
• Top up with earth for the chosen planting scheme

ADEZZ produces the Aluminium Architectural Planter range to order in Holland, with a typical lead time of approximately 6 weeks. The range is always displayed as available to order on the website. This made-to-order process ensures the highest build quality and finish. Riverhill Garden Supplies delivers nationwide and can, if required, securely store your order until your project is ready for installation.

Storage and Delivery Flexibility

We understand that customers often work to project schedules and may need flexibility. One advantage of ordering from Riverhill Garden Supplies is that we can hold stock at our warehouse near Tonbridge, Kent, until you are ready to take delivery. We can order well in advance of your project and store the planters at no additional cost, giving you complete control over when your items arrive while allowing us to manage delivery from within the UK.

Customers are also welcome to collect their orders directly from our storage facility near Tonbridge, where we can load vehicles at short notice using one of our forklift trucks.

Dispatch Methods

Parcel Delivery

Smaller products are delivered by parcel couriers, such as TNT and Parcelforce. Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email with the estimated day of delivery and forward you a tracking number.

Pallet Delivery

Larger products will be delivered by our own dedicated delivery drivers or by specialist carriers such as Palletways and ILS who will be given your contact details and instructed to book in delivery with you once your order reaches your local delivery depot.

We charge a flat rate of £20.00 for delivery to England, Wales and Central Scotland. We charge a flat rate of £50.00 for delivery to England, Wales and Central Scotland if your order includes any ADEZZ, FORNO or FURNS product.

We are not able to offer a flat rate of £20.00 for delivery to East Central Scotland, North and North East Scotland, West Scotland, Norther Ireland, ROI, Skye, Orkney Isles, Outer Hebrides, Shetland Isles, Inner Hebrides, Isle of White, Isle of Man and the Channel Isles and a surcharge will apply. What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

Our goal is to make buying online with Riverhill Garden Supplies easy, safe and efficient. Although extremely rare items can arrive damaged and we are conscious of this so it is very important for that you read the following.

Upon delivery, please carry out the following steps

• Remove the goods completely from their packaging
• Closely inspect the goods for damages or shortfalls
• Sign for the goods, accordingly, noting damages/shortfalls and refuse the goods
• Notify Riverhill Garden Supplies of any damages/shortfalls within 24 hours by telephoning the office on t 01732 522471. The office is open 7 days a week, from 8am to 10pm including Bank Holidays except Christmas Day. Providing that you have signed for the goods as damaged and refused the goods we will repeat and dispatch your order again or arrange a full refund

The courier is obliged to wait 15 minutes for you to carry out these checks if need be. No claim will be accepted if a clean signature is given. Any claim for damages/shortfall must be made within 24 hours.
