The upper edge of the ADEZZ Aluminium CARREZ Low Square Planter, reversed twice produces a timeless appearance, roughed Aluminium, skilfully powder coated with a robust adhesive primer and finished with a scratch-resistant coating results in a high-quality product.

Important

• Please unpack the Aluminium Planter immediately after delivery so that any moisture between the packaging and the Aluminium Planter is no longer sealed. Failure to do so will result in irregular stains that are difficult to remove

Planting Advice

• Provide the base of the Aluminium Planter with a layer of at least 35mm pebbles
• Place an anti-root cloth over the pebbles
• Top up with earth for the chosen planting scheme

Non-standard RAL colours not displayed on the website are made-to-order and carry a minimum lead time of 28 days.

Lead times are subject to change and can be seasonally affected. Material Thickness

The standard thickness of ADEZZ Aluminium Planters is 3mm.

Colours

The standard recommended colour is RAL7021 Black Grey. RAL9016 Traffic White, RAL9005 Jet Black and RAL7016 Anthracite Grey are also available to order online. Any RAL colour is possible; please get in touch with Riverhill Garden Supplies to discuss your requirements. (note that start-up costs and longer lead time apply for non-standard colours).

Dispatch Methods

Parcel Delivery

Smaller products are delivered by parcel couriers, such as TNT and Parcelforce. Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email with the estimated day of delivery and forward you a tracking number.

Pallet Delivery

Larger products will be delivered by our own dedicated delivery drivers or by specialist carriers such as Palletways and ILS who will be given your contact details and instructed to book in delivery with you once your order reaches your local delivery depot.

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat rate of £20.00 for delivery to England, Wales and Central Scotland. We charge a flat rate of £50.00 for delivery to England, Wales and Central Scotland if your order includes any ADEZZ, FORNO or FURNS product.

We are not able to offer a flat rate of £20.00 for delivery to East Central Scotland, North and North East Scotland, West Scotland, Norther Ireland, ROI, Skye, Orkney Isles, Outer Hebrides, Shetland Isles, Inner Hebrides, Isle of White, Isle of Man and the Channel Isles and a surcharge will apply. Please note that you are responsible for arranging the return of your order and for the costs of returning your order to us unless we have delivered the item to you in error. All return items must have original tags and packaging; and not been used or modified.

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

Our goal is to make buying online with Riverhill Garden Supplies easy, safe and efficient. Although extremely rare items can arrive damaged and we are conscious of this so it is very important for that you read the following.

Upon delivery, please carry out the following steps

• Remove the goods completely from their packaging
• Closely inspect the goods for damages or shortfalls
• Sign for the goods, accordingly, noting damages/shortfalls and refuse the goods
• Notify Riverhill Garden Supplies of any damages/shortfalls within 24 hours by telephoning the office on t 01732 522471. The office is open 7 days a week, from 8am to 10pm including Bank Holidays except Christmas Day. Providing that you have signed for the goods as damaged and refused the goods we will repeat and dispatch your order again or arrange a full refund

The courier is obliged to wait 15 minutes for you to carry out these checks if need be. No claim will be accepted if a clean signature is given. Any claim for damages/shortfall must be made within 24 hours.
