The ADEZZ Aluminium CARREZ Bottomless Planter offers the same premium quality and craftsmanship as the standard ADEZZ Aluminium range but with an open base — ideal for use as a raised vegetable bed or as a low retaining surround for larger trees and shrubs, allowing unrestricted root growth.

Fabricated from 3mm thick aluminium, each planter is expertly powder-coated with a robust adhesive primer and finished with a scratch-resistant coloured coating, creating a stylish, lightweight, and durable structure designed to last for years outdoors.

Available in 20 sizes — from 80 × 80 × 40 cm up to 300 × 100 × 80 cm — the range includes both square and trough-style models. The square designs measure 80 cm, 100 cm, 120 cm, 140 cm, and 200 cm wide, each available in heights of 40 cm, 60 cm, and 80 cm. The larger trough versions (200 × 100 and 300 × 100) fabricated at heights of 40 cm, 60 cm, and 80 cm are welcome additions.

Because there is no base, these planters require less aluminium and are therefore more economical than standard versions. They are also lighter and easier to transport and install — a practical choice for raised planting schemes, vegetable beds, or contemporary landscape designs where drainage and root depth are priorities.

To our knowledge, no UK reseller stocks ADEZZ Aluminium Planters in bulk. Most orders are fulfilled directly from ADEZZ’s central warehouse in Uden, Holland, which means lead times are consistent across all resellers.

Riverhill Garden Supplies places daily orders with ADEZZ, ensuring your order is submitted to Holland immediately. It means we secure available stock right away or, for made-to-order products, we instruct fabrication to begin immediately. Our close working relationship with ADEZZ ensures your order progresses quickly and efficiently.

• If in stock at ADEZZ(Holland): delivery typically takes 10 days-2 weeks
• If made to order: fabrication takes around 4 weeks, plus an additional 10 days for delivery

It’s Saturday morning in the office, and I’m here penning a bit more content to give you extra information about our range of ADEZZ products. I’m learning a little myself, too — it’s incredible how much you discover when you start putting it all into words.

I feel that if you’re spending this amount on quality planters from the ADEZZ Aluminium range, you deserve a bit of genuine, first-hand knowledge. Admittedly, despite my spelling being relatively good, I have run this through Grammarly!

The ADEZZ Aluminium CARREZ Bottomless Planters are one of those simple but efficient designs that make sense. Without a base, they function perfectly as raised beds — allowing you to plant directly into the ground while still enjoying the clean architectural finish of a premium aluminium surround. It’s the ideal combination of design and practicality: full root depth, natural drainage, and easy access for planting and maintenance.

For anyone creating a vegetable garden, these really come into their own. The 80 × 80 × 40 cm and 100 × 100 × 40 cm planters are excellent sizes for herbs, salads, or compact root crops like carrots and beetroot. The larger trough-style options, at 200 × 100 and 300 × 100 cm, are perfect for productive raised beds where you want to grow larger crops such as courgettes, beans, or tomatoes. Because they’re bottomless, they need less metal, making them lighter, more economical, and far easier to position and install than a traditional raised bed structure.

Pallet Delivery

Larger products will be delivered by our own dedicated delivery drivers or by specialist carriers such as Palletways and ILS who will be given your contact details and instructed to book in delivery with you once your order reaches your local delivery depot.

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

Our goal is to make buying online with Riverhill Garden Supplies easy, safe and efficient. Although extremely rare items can arrive damaged and we are conscious of this so it is very important for that you read the following.

Upon delivery, please carry out the following steps

• Remove the goods completely from their packaging
• Closely inspect the goods for damages or shortfalls
• Sign for the goods, accordingly, noting damages/shortfalls and refuse the goods
• Notify Riverhill Garden Supplies of any damages/shortfalls within 24 hours by telephoning the office on t 01732 522471. The office is open 7 days a week, from 8am to 10pm including Bank Holidays except Christmas Day. Providing that you have signed for the goods as damaged and refused the goods we will repeat and dispatch your order again or arrange a full refund

The courier is obliged to wait 15 minutes for you to carry out these checks if need be. No claim will be accepted if a clean signature is given. Any claim for damages/shortfall must be made within 24 hours.
